Our History

Chan & Chow CPA was established more than 25 years ago by a team of Chartered Accountants, focusing in servicing Canadian doctors. Over the years, we had expanded our services to include other Healthcare businesses.  We understand the unique nature of the Healthcare business and our clients' needs.  We specialize in assisting Healthcare businesses to establish IPP, forming medical professional corporation, borrowing and withdrawing money from corporation, real estate investment tax planning, structuring holding company, forming family trust and more.  In 2008, our firm further expanded our services to assist Dentists and Optometrists in purchasing and selling their practices.

We only work with Healthcare businesses as we find they are the ones that find the most value in our services and are the ones we can best help due to our unique expertise. We may not be the right fit for every business, but we are proud to having provided supreme advisory services to the Healthcare sector for more than 25 years.
